The Jubilee line is suffering serious disruption after emergency services responded to a casualty on the track.
There was no service between Waterloo and Finchley Road earlier on Monday morning.
As of 11.30am, the service was operating fully again but with severe delays.
Meanwhile the Hammersmith & City service was also suffering severe delays following a trespasser on the line in the Paddington area, which earlier caused major disruption on the Elizabeth line.
It comes as two 24-hour walkouts by RMT Tube workers are set to cause travel misery over four days starting on Tuesday.

What is the latest on the Tube lines?
As of 10.30am this morning, this is the latest on the service status for the London Underground following earlier delays due to a casualty on the tracks on the Jubilee line and a trespasser on the track at Paddington, causing severe delays on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.
• Hammersmith and City Line: Severe delays while we TfL staff deal with a trespasser on the track at Paddington.
• Elizabeth Line: Minor delays between Paddington and Heathrow Terminals due to a faulty train.
• Circle Line: Minor delays while staff deal with a trespasser on track at Paddington.
• Jubilee Line: Severe delays due to an earlier incident with a casualty on the tracks.
A trespasser on the track at Paddington has resulted in severe delays on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.
An earlier trespass in the Paddington area caused huge delays on the Elizabeth line earlier this morning.
There is still no service between Waterloo and Finchley Road on the Jubilee line due to a casualty on the track.
There are severe delays on the rest of the line.

There are no severe delays between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly line due to the earlier faulty train at Manor House.
There are also minor delays between King's Cross St.
Pancras and Rayners Lane, and a good service on the rest of the line.

The delays on the Piccadilly line are now between Arnos Grove and Acton Town westbound only, after the earlier faulty train at Manor House.

The DLR has now resumed service between Shadwell and Bank following an earlier fire alert at Bank.
There are still severe delays between Bank and Canning Town as services recover.
The rest of the line has a good service.
There are currently minor delays on the Piccadilly line between Cockfosters and King's Cross St.
Pancras westbound only due to an earlier faulty train at Manor House.
There are a number of delays this morning relating to the the refurbishment of Gallows Corner Flyover.
There are delays westbound on the A12 and A127 approaching the closures, as well as eastbound on Ardleigh Green Road and northbound on Gubbins Lane.
