The following article contains spoilers from the episode of Coronation Street dated April 1.
It hasn’t aired on ITV1 yet, but can be viewed on ITVX.
Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) is fully aware her life is in danger of falling apart in Coronation Street, and took action in today’s episode to try and win her fight against the Driscolls.
Local school teacher Megan was arrested a few days ago after Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) revealed that she had been grooming Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale).
Megan was investigated, but Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) has struggled to find any evidence to prove something inappropriate happened between her and Will.
When the Driscolls discovered Megan’s pregnancy, they realised a simple DNA test would confirm Will is the father.
Unsurprisingly, Megan wasn’t going to co-operate.
To make matters even worse, Will is in denial that he was sexually abused by Megan.
He is continuing to stick up for her and in the latest instalment, failed to turn up to school because he went to go and see her.
Megan reassured Will and told him that once the current situation ends, they can be together and raise their baby.
As Will left, Megan was paid another visit only this time, it was from Maggie Driscoll (Pauline McLynn).
Maggie is a woman who will do whatever it takes to ensure her family are safe.
With the police not doing much, she took it upon herself to try and scare Megan away.
Maggie said that once her baby is born, the Driscolls will end up caring for it.
She went on to state that she’ll take great pleasure in telling Megan’s child what an evil woman her mother is.
The problem Maggie faced afterwards is that Megan is always up for a fight, which meant she tried to retaliate and stick up for herself.
The two women ended up in a physical fight, which resulted in Megan falling on her stomach.
That evening, Will was alarmed to find quite a few texts on his phone from Megan, telling him to meet with her.

In the car, Megan broke down as she revealed that Maggie attacked her, she experienced pains in her stomach and now, they’ve lost their baby.
Will comforted Megan as she cried.
But is she telling the truth?
If Megan pretends she’s lost the baby and then leaves Weatherfield afterwards, she would’ve got away with abusing Will.
Is this her plan?
