The 32" 4K OLED monitor is my ideal gaming monitor for three reasons: (1) the 32" size is generous without being too large, (2) 4K is the highest resolution on a gaming monitor this size, and (3) you can't beat an OLED panel in terms of image quality.
These monitors usually cost over $700, but Dell's 32" S3225QC 4K QD-OLED gaming monitor is on sale today for just $499.99 with free shipping.
This is the least expensive brand-name 32" 4K OLED monitor I can find right now.
32" Dell S3225QC 4K QD OLED Monitor for $499.99
The Dell S3225QC is a true 4K (3840x2160) monitor with 120Hz refresh rate.
It's equipped with Samsung's quantum dot (QD) OLED panel.
A QD OLED panel is brighter and has a wider color gamut than the more commonly found W-OLED panel.
This also happens to be the only OLED monitor from Dell (or Alienware) that has a built-in speaker, probably because it's also intended to be a general purpose producitivity monitor.
Inputs include one HDMI port and one USB Type-C port that supports DisplayPort 1.4 with 90W PD.
You'll also find a 2-port USB-C hub for your peripherals.
Perhaps most importantly, the monitor comes with a 3-year warranty that covers OLED burn-in.
