‘She brought light, artistry, and joy to those around her, and she will be deeply missed.
‘We have paused production to care for and support our cast and crew during this incredibly difficult time.
Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and all who loved her.
‘We are in contact with her family who have asked for privacy during this hard time.’
Hannah Conda, who finished runner up on season two of Ru Paul’s Drag Race said: ‘Absolutely heartbreaking!

According to her bio, which was obtained by Variety, Misua described herself as ‘a talented and deeply creative queen from Cagayan de Oro, whose drag was rooted in fashion, artistry, and self-expression’.

Season three of Drag Race Philippines aired last year with Maxie being crowned the winner, while Khianna finished as the runner-up.
Season four is due to air later this year.
