contestant Lord Charles Brocket has pleaded not guilty to raping and sexually assaulting a woman.
Lord Brocket, 74, is best known for finishing fourth on the 2004 season of the ITV reality series, which was won by Kerry Katona.
However, in August last year Lord Brocket – full name Charles Nall-Cain Brocket – was charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault by penetration.
Soon after the peer, who lives in Fulham in the West London borough, attended Westminster Magistrates’ Court for a brief hearing where the allegations were outlined to him, but he was not asked to enter any pleas.
Today he appeared before Isleworth Crown Court, where he pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape, two of sexual assault and one count of sexual activity without consent in London on August 10 2025, which all relate to the same victim.

Lord Brocket, wearing a navy suit, white shirt and blue tie, only spoke to confirm his name and date of birth and deny all charges against him.
His previous charge of sexual assault by penetration in the village of Warbleton, East Sussex, on May 5 2025, had previously been dropped.
Following his pleas, Lord Brocket’s trial will now take place on November 1, 2027.
He has been conditionally bailed to appear at a pre-trial review on October 7 next year.
During Lord Brocket’s first court appearance seven months ago, his lawyer Henry Milner was heard saying: ‘The allegations are all denied.’
His alleged victim, who cannot be named, is ‘being supported by specialist officers’, as confirmed by a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
The force’s previous full statement read: ‘Brocket was arrested on Friday 29 August on suspicion of rape and charged on Saturday 30 August.
‘The rape charges relate to an incident involving a woman that took place in the early hours of Saturday 10 August in Fulham.
The matter was reported to police the same day.’
An old Etonian, Lord Brocket became known as a playboy in the 1980s, and for his collection of classic cars.
He once owned 42 Ferraris.
Following his stint in the Australian jungle, alongside campmates Peter Andre and Jennie Bond, Lord Brocket soared in popularity.
He then went on to pen the bestselling autobiography, Call Me Charlie, which was released in 2004.
Following his first stint on reality TV, he went on to host the ITV game show Scream!
