Reports had suggested the Duchess of York, 66, was being hosted by Priscilla at her Los Angeles property following renewed attention on figures linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
However, a representative for Priscilla, 80, has now shut down the suggestion, calling it ‘totally false’ in a statement to People.
The rumours gained traction after claims that Ferguson had been relying on a small circle of friends for support in recent months as she and her ex-husband, former Prince Andrew, were forced out of Royal Lodge in Windsor after King Charles stripped Andrew of his royal titles.
She has not been seen publicly for an extended period, fuelling ongoing speculation about where she has been staying.
Various reports have placed her in locations including Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and Portugal, as well as with family members, though none have been confirmed.
Priscilla and Ferguson have known each other for years, as Lisa Marie Presley and Ferguson were extremely close.
Following Lisa Marie’s death in 2023, Ferguson paid tribute at a memorial held at Graceland, reflecting on grief and loss in a speech that referenced Queen Elizabeth II.
The speculation comes amid wider scrutiny surrounding individuals connected to Epstein, with some reports claiming Ferguson has found herself increasingly isolated as a result.
She recently lost the Freedom of the City of York over her alleged links to Epstein.
Ferguson was stripped of the title during a City of York Council meeting recently, with members of the public telling councillors, ‘it is the absolute minimum you should be doing’.
The prestigious title was gifted to the then Duke and Duchess of York on their wedding day in 1987.
But councillors voted unanimously for the removal following fresh revelations about the former duchess’s shockingly personal emails to Epstein.
Emails disclosed as part of millions of published files showed that Ms Ferguson had asked Epstein for financial support while the paedophile remained under house arrest.
Sarah Ferguson reportedly spent several weeks at a £13,000 a day wellness clinic in Switzerland while details emerged about her close relationship with Epstein emerged.
She also wrote to the financier thanking him for being a ‘supreme friend’ and took her children, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie for lunch with him less than a week after he walked free from jail.
In another embarrassing email, the former duchess appeared to ask Epstein to ‘just marry me’.
Many of her exchanges were conducted after Epstein was arrested for soliciting prostitution from a minor in 2008.
There has been no official confirmation of her current living arrangements.
