Inducing reaction to Cruz’s naked single promo

The 21-year-old certainly succeeded in catching people’s eyes in an attempt to boost his sales – but awkwardly, his antics have even awkwardly caught the attention of his mum, Victoria Beckham.

This week, Cruz released his new single Waste Your Pain, with his band The Breakers, a track that’s been described as ‘uplifting’ and ‘lighthearted’ by NME.

To mark the release, he posted a couple of pictures on Instagram of himself in the same stance – standing (presumably) completely nude on a deck in front of a body of water, holding the vinyl in front of him.

‘WASTE YOUR PAIN IS OUT NOW !!!’ he wrote in the caption, while also tagging his band members Dan Ewins, Telmo Seixas, and Dario Scotti.

A plethora of shocked comments followed – including from former Spice Girls star Victoria, 51.

The fashion designer simply commented with a gift of herself looking stunned with her hand over her mouth, with the subtitle reading: ‘What is it?’
She also reposted Cruz’s photo on her Instagram Story, writing: ‘Really Cruz!!!’ while also sharing a link to his website to encourage sales.

‘It’s finally happening!!!

We have delayed the release of Waste Your Pain slightly, as the girls have now agreed to be a part of this song,’ he wrote on April Fool’s Day.

‘I’m warming up !!!!🎤 🎵 😂,’ Victoria joked in response.

While Cruz appears closer than ever with his mum, his older brother Brooklyn Beckham, 27, is continuing to distance himself from his family.

The other day, he marked his fourth anniversary with his wife Nicola Peltz by writing on Instagram: ‘Happy 4 year anniversary baby I love you with all my heart.

‘We have been though so much together but today we are stronger than ever and you are my best friend.

‘I can’t wait to grow old together with you.

Love you so much x.’
He claimed that Victoria ‘hijacked’ his first dance with Nicola at their wedding and that she ‘danced very inappropriately on me’.

He added at the time: ‘I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.’
