Olivia Attwood and Pete Wicks’ close friendship has reportedly blossomed after her split from husband Bradley Dack.
The former Love Island star and her Towie bestie are known for their close partnership, having presented TV shows, podcasts, and radio shows together for years.
But the pair were seen sharing a kiss on Friday night, with reports now suggesting that they’ve been together since February.
In photos obtained by The Sun, the new couple were seen locking lips at the Flute Bar in Soho, London, over the weekend.
Pete, 37, and Olivia, 34, have previously insisted they were just friends following her split from footballer Bradley, 32, in January after three years of marriage, with sources claiming the relationship ended after he ‘breached her trust’.
A source said: ‘Their passionate romance only started in the last few weeks, since she has split from Bradley, there was no overlap.
‘Olivia’s close friends know about this new development and are pleased Pete has put a smile back on her face.
He has been a shoulder to cry on and there for Olivia during this really tough time.
‘She has been in the depths of a really horrible break-up and Pete has helped her through it.’
The insider said Pete and Olivia arrived at the bar at around 8:30pm and had drinks with a group of friends until around midnight.
They are said to have kissed at around 10pm as their friends cheered them on.
Olivia reportedly screamed in delight and punched the air in celebration.
Pete and Olivia first met when on Towie in 2017 and have been industry comrades ever since.
Last year, they sparked cheating rumours as they holidayed on a yacht in Ibiza, cuddling up as Olivia wore a bikini and Pete placed his hand on her leg.
Both Olivia and Pete denied that anything untoward went down between them, with a source close to Pete also telling The Mirror at the time: ‘Pete is sick of being unable to have close friends without it being misconstrued.
‘He always has this problem of people thinking the worst.’
The insider reiterated that he and Olivia are nothing more than friends, and they’ve since been seen together on several occasions as she navigates a new chapter in her life.
Having just moved into a new London apartment by herself, Olivia recently admitted she’s been ‘crying [herself] to sleep’ at night but assured her followers that she wants ex Brad to be ‘happy’.
Olivia first met the midfielder in 2015 through mutual friends while on a night out in the West End club Libertine.
The pair dated on and off for a year, but things fizzled out, with Olivia deciding to take the plunge and head to the Love Island villa in the ultimate act of revenge, even mentioning her cheating ‘ex’ in her intro.
There, she met Chris Hughes, and they finished in third place, losing to Strictly’s Amber Davies and radio presenter Kem Cetinay.
Some time after Olivia and Chris split in March 2018, she and Bradley rekindled their romance.
In June 2023, the pair walked down the aisle and went all out for the celebrations at London’s Bulgari hotel.
Olivia wore a £30,000 lace-sleeved dress from designer Galia Lahav, walking through an archway of 10,000 roses.
