When we first published results back in 2013, we had no idea this experiment would grow into a reference point for the entire industry.
Over the years, the benchmarks have expanded to cover hundreds of frameworks across dozens of languages, from Go and Java to Ruby, PHP, C#, Python, and many more, almost all of them added and maintained by you.
Together we shipped more than 20 rounds of results, saw thousands of pull requests, and watched as teams around the world used these numbers to guide performance work and inform architectural decisions.
From everyone at TechEmpower: thank you.
Thank you for the code, the benchmarks, the spirited arguments, the stars and issues and pull requests, and most of all, for treating this project as something worth building together.
It has been an honor to steward this work, and we’re deeply grateful that, for so many years, you chose to be part of it.
You can email tfb@techempower.com if you have any questions.
