A mouth-watering Champions League semi-final is in store as Paris Saint-Germain face Bayern Munich in the first leg tonight.

The holders have been imperious throughout the knockout phase, comfortably beating Chelsea and Liverpool, but this represents the biggest danger to any hopes of retaining their title.

Bayern are regarded by many as the best team in Europe having lost just twice in all competitions so far this season and they claimed victory at the Parc des Princes when the teams met in the league phase back in November.

With the Bundesliga title already secured, it will allow for Vincent Kompany to keep key players fresh and that could prove decisive over the two legs.

These are the best two attacks in Europe as no team in the Champions League this season has scored more goals than PSG or Bayern (38), setting up an intriguing - and exciting - showdown in the French capital as both sides battle to secure an advantage heading into next week's second leg.
