Trespassers on the railway disrupted morning rush hour trains in London.

National Rail reported that all lines between London St Pancras International and Kentish Town were disrupted on Thursday morning.

The impact remained until approximately 11am, when a normal service resumed between the stations.

St Pancras - Kentish Town disruption cleared
The disruption caused by trespassers on the railway between London St Pancras International and Kentish Town has now ended.

There is now a good service again on affected Thameslink services.

There is currently no service on the Northern line between Golders Green and Edgware northbound only due to a fire alert at Colindale.

There remains a good service on the rest of the line.

Animals on the railway at Wraysbury means that the line towards Windsor & Eton Riverside is currently blocked.

Trains between Staines and Windsor & Eton Riverside may be delayed, with disruption expected until around 11am.

This will affect a number of South Western Railway services between London Waterloo and Windsor & Eton Riverside.

There are currently delays in both direction between the A40 Northern Roundabout and the Marylebone Flyover.

This is due to the full closure of the A40 Westway and an eastbound lane closure on Harrow Road to facilitate joint replacement works.

Traffic is slow on approach to the closure in both directions, with drivers advised to use an alternative route.

There is a good service again on both the Bakerloo and Central lines.

Reduced service between Bletchley and Bedford
Disruption is expected until 12pm, with rail replacement vehicles running between the stations in both directions.

This is affecting a number of London Northwestern Railway services.

The disruption caused by a communication alarm being activated on a train at Surbiton has now ended, with trains running as normal through the station again.

There are currently minor delays on both the Bakerloo and Central lines due to train cancellations.

There is a good service on all other lines on the network.

The communication alarm has been activated on a train at Surbiton, meaning all lines towards Woking are blocked.

Disruption is expected to all trains running through Surbiton, impacting a number of South Western Railway services.

Staff are attempting to reset the alarm before departing, and trains booked to call at Surbiton platform 3 or 4 won't be able to stop at the station until further notice.

Disruption between St Pancras and Kentish Town
There is currently disruption between London St Pancras International and Kentish Town due to trespassers on the line in the Kentish Town area.

Trains are running with delays of up to 20 minutes, with the disruption expected until around 9.15am.

A number of Thameslink services are affected - please check your journey before travelling.
