A former X factor finalist has been charged with attempted murder after a social media influencer was left fighting for her life in hospital when a car reportedly collided with a group of pedestrians in central London in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Klaudiaglam, whose real name is Klaudia Zakrzewska, was hit alongside two other pedestrians on Argyll Street , off Oxford Street , at approximately 4.30am.
Gabrielle Carrington, 29, of Broadfield Road, Manchester, was charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm and drink driving.
Carrington appeared on the X Factor in 2013 as a member of the girl group Miss Dynamix and is also a popular social media star.
She will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow and has been remanded in custody.
A man in his 50s also sustained life-changing injuries, while a second woman in her 30s suffered minor injuries, the Metropolitan Police said.
Polish-born influencer Ms Zakrzewska, who has over 250,000 followers on Instagram , was on a night out with friends and had been at a nightclub before the incident happened, according to reports .
Ms Zakrzewska regularly posts pictures and videos of herself on holiday and at VIP events to her hundreds of thousands of followers.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “The investigation continues and those will relevant information can upload it to the major incident portal here , or contact police on 101, providing the reference 3374/19APR.

“Since the collision, we have been made aware of extremely graphic footage of the incident circulating online.
We are urging the public to refrain from sharing this, out of respect for the victims, and so as not to prejudice criminal proceedings.”
